I, Duncan Donald McGruther, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner hereby give notice that by Interlocutor of the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow, dated 1 December 2006, I was appointed to act as Interim Liquidator of Motoskool Limited. The first meeting in this Liquidation, called in terms of section 138(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and in terms of Rule 4.12 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 as amended by the Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1987 will be held within the offices of PB Recovery Limited, McGregor House, Southbank Business Park, Donaldson Crescent, Glasgow G66 1XF on 10 January 2007, at 10.00 am, for the purposes of choosing a Liquidator, appointing a Liquidation Committee and considering other resolutions specified in Rule 4.12(3) of the aforementioned Rules.

Creditors whose claims are unsecured, in whole or in part are entitled to vote or attend in person or by proxy, providing that their claims and proxies have been submitted and accepted at the meeting or lodged beforehand at the undernoted address. A resolution will be passed when a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of commencement of the liquidation is 27 October 2006.
