ARRAN ADVENTURE COMPANY LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 1 December 2006 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Donald Adam Boyle, Calum Coles McNicol and Gerald Tattersfield for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Arran Adventure Company Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts, Company No: SC228954 and having its Registered Office at 146 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 2RZ and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 5 December 2006 ordained any party having an interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; under certification, and meantime by Interlocutor dated 5 December 2006 being satisfied that the share capital of Arran Adventure Company Limited did not exceed £120,000 sterling nominated and appointed Graham Hunter Martin, Chartered Accountant, Kintyre House, 209 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LW to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in Part II and paragraph 6 of Part III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
