Notice to Creditors

MAYPORT LIMITED

(In Liquidation)

I, Bryan A Jackson, of PKF (UK) LLP, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9TH, hereby give notice that I was appointed Liquidator of Mayport Limited by a Resolution of a Meeting of Creditors, duly convened and held in 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9TH, under the terms of Section 138 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.12 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, on 27 November 2006.

No Liquidation Committee was formed at this Meeting.

I hereby give notice that, under Rule 4.18 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, I do not intend to summon a further Meeting for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee. However, under the terms of Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986, I am required to call such a Meeting if requested to do so by one tenth in value of the Company’s creditors.
