Notice is hereby given that on 21 November 2006 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Scotgreat Limited having their Registered Office at 9/11 Lawmoor Place, Dixon Blazes, Glasgow (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 21 November 2006 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Annette Menzies to be provisional liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
