A petition was on 13 November 2006 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that Scotcare Preservation Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1985 and having its Registered Office at 5 Ettrick Road, Edinburgh EH10 5BJ, be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Drummond Young by Interlocutor dated 16 November 2006 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
