THE STOPPING-UP OF FOOTPATHS RENFREWSHIRE (NESS AVENUE, JOHNSTONE) ORDER 2006

RENFREWSHIRE COUNCIL hereby gives notice that it has confirmed an Order as an unopposed Order under Section 207 of the Town & Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, authorising the stopping-up of footpaths off Ness Avenue (former Nith Place), Johnstone.

A copy of the confirmed Order and the relevant plan specifying the lengths of the footpaths affected may be inspected at the Planning & Transport Department, Gilmour House, 26 Gilmour Street, Paisley by any person free of charge, during normal office hours.
