I, Michael J M Reid CA, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB10 1UR, hereby give notice that by court of session interlocutor dated 24 October 2006, I was appointed interim liquidator of the above company.

Notification of the first meeting of creditors will be sent to all known creditors in due course pursuant to section 138(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and rule 4.12 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986.

Meantime, any creditor of the above named company is invited to submit details of their claim to the address below.
