I, Graham Hunter Martin, CA, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Kintyre House, 209 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LW, hereby give notice that I was appointed Liquidator of Osprey Sales & Marketing Ltd on 13 November 2006, by resolution of the first meeting of creditors convened in terms of Section 138 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The meeting declined to establish a Liquidation Committee. It is not my intention to summon a further meeting of the creditors to establish a Liquidation Committee unless requested to do so by one tenth in value of the company’s creditors.

All creditors who have not already done so are required on or before 18 February 2007 to lodge their claims with me.
