THE ARTEN COMPANY LIMITED

A Petition was on 27 October 2006 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that The Arten Company Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1948 to 1967 and having its Registered Office at New Bongate Mill, Jedburgh, Roxburghshire TD8 6DU, be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Clarke by Interlocutor dated 31 October 2006 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
