Notice is hereby given that on 8 November 2006 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Gerald McAleer and William Quail for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Memento Group Limited a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts Company No: SC268051 and having its Registered Office at 385 Aikenhead Road, Glasgow G42 0QG and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 8 November 2006 ordained the said Memento Group Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; and in meantime by interlocutor dated 8 November 2006 being satisfied that the share capital of Memento Group Limited does not exceed £120,000 Sterling nominated and appointed Brian Milne and John Reid, Chartered Accountants, Deloitte & Touche LLP, 9 George Square, Glasgow G2 1QQ to be joint provisional liquidators of the said Company and authorised them to execute the powers contained in Parts I, II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
