KIRKHOPE LIMITED

A Petition was on 24 October 2006 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that Kirkhope Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1985 to 1989 and having its Registered Office at China China, 10 Antigua Street, Edinburgh EH1 3NH, be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Drummond Young by Interlocutor dated 26 October 2006 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
