James B Stephen and Dermot Coakley of BDO Stoy Hayward LLP were appointed Joint Administrators of DJH Restaurants Limited on 22 September 2006.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors in the above matter is to be held at The Merchants House of Glasgow, 7 West George Street, Glasgow on 22 November 2006 at 10.00 am to consider proposals under paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to consider establishing a creditors’ committee.
