(U52w BARNKIRK ROAD, NEWTON STEWART) (STOPPING UP) ORDER 2006

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, on 26 October 2006 the Dumfries and Galloway Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 71(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 made and confirmed the above-mentioned order.

Copies of the order as made and confirmed and of the accompanying plan (WRM/D3245/06/01) have been deposited at Combined Services – Roads, Commerce Road, Stranraer and Customer Services Centre, McMillan Hall, Dashwood Square, Newton Stewart and may be inspected there free of charge from 3 November 2006 to 14 December 2006 during normal office hours (0900hrs to 1700hrs).

The effect of the order is stated in Notice in the Edinburgh Gazette dated 15 September 2006 and in the Galloway Gazette dated 15 September 2006.

The order comes into operation on 6 November 2006.
