Notice to Creditors

WORLDWIDE BETTING ADVICE LTD

(In Liquidation)

I, Henry R Paton, of Milne, Craig & Corson, 79 Renfrew Road, Paisley PA3 4DA, hereby give notice that on 14 July 2006, I was appointed Liquidator of Worldwide Betting Advice Limited, by a Resolution of the First Meeting of the Creditors held in terms of section 138(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Liquidation Committee was not established. I do not intend to summon another Meeting to establish a Liquidation Committee unless requested to do so by one-tenth in value of the Company’s Creditors. All Creditors who have not already lodged a statement of their claim are requested to do so on or before 4 September 2006.
