PEGASUS MARKETING INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 11 July 2006 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Pegasus Marketing International Limited for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Pegasus Marketing International Limited having their Registered Office at ground floor 278 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5RL, and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 11 July 2006 ordained all parties interested to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation of advertisement; and in the meantime appointed Brian Milne, Chartered Accountant, Deloitte & Touche LLP, 9 George Square, Glasgow G2 1QQ, to be provisional liquidator of Pegasus Marketing International Limited and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
