Notice is hereby given that on 13 July 2006 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Lerwick Sheriff Court by Mrs Catherine Hawick, for an order to wind up The Shetland Smokehouse Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act (Company Number SC260315), having its registered office at Point of Scattland, Gremista, Lerwick, Shetland ZE1 0PX, and for the appointment of Michael James Meston Reid, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen as Provisional and Interim Liquidator of the company, in which application the Sheriff on 14 July 2006 pronounced an Interlocutor appointing a copy of the Petition to be intimated on the walls of Lerwick Sheriff Court and to be advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette and once in The Shetland Times newspaper and ordained Shetland Smokehouse Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Lerwick within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification. In terms of the Interlocutor, the Sheriff appointed Michael James Meston Reid, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, to be Provisional Liquidator.
