Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the Company will be held within the offices of Stevenson Associates, CA, 10 Albyn Place, Edinburgh EH2 4NG, on Friday 4 August 2006, at 3.00 pm, for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the Act.

A list of names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, within the offices of Stevenson Associates, 10 Albyn Place, Edinburgh, during the two business days preceding the Meeting.
