NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13

06/00647/OUT  Outline planning permission for the development of 100 bedroom hotel, 18 hole golf course, 21 holiday lodges and 50 houses at Whitekirk Golf And Country Club, North Berwick, East Lothian

Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to East Lothian Council by Whitekirk Developments Ltd. This relates to planning application 06/00647/OUT, seeking outline planning permission for the proposed works detailed above.

A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning application may be inspected in the Environment Reception, John Muir House, Brewery Park, Haddington, during office hours or online at www.eastlothian.gov.uk

Copies of the environmental statement may be purchased from Iain Stewart Architect, 2 The Paddock, Whitekirk, at a cost of £150 & VAT. Alternatively a copy in pdf format is available on CD-Rom for £25 & VAT.

Any person who wishes to make representations to East Lothian Council about the environmental statement should make them in writing to the undersigned within 28 days from the date of this notice.
