Notice is hereby given that in a Note presented by Gerard P. Crampsey, Chartered Accountant, Fleming House, 134 Renfrew Street, Glasgow G3 6SZ, Liquidator of Rendall Brothers (Decorators) Limited, incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 181 Pitt Street, Glasgow G2 4DT (the “Company”) on 12 December 2005, craving the Court inter alia for a determination by the Court in relation to distribution of a pension surplus of the Company, the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 23 June 2006 ordered all parties wishing to oppose to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 14 days after intimation and advertisement.
