I, J Bruce Cartwright, CA, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh EH2 4NH, Joint Liquidator of Tribune Risk & Insurance Services Limited, hereby give notice that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held pursuant to Rule 4.13 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 within the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Erskine House, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh EH2 4NH, on 18 July 2006, at 11.30 am. The purpose of the meeting is to advise creditors of the progress of the Liquidation to date. It is not anticipated that there will be any resolutions to be considered at the meeting. Creditors wishing to attend the meeting but are unable to do so should contact my office to obtain a Proxy form.
