Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above Company will be held within the offices of Milne Craig & Corson, Chartered Accountants, Abercorn House, 79 Renfrew Road, Paisley PA3 4DA, on 12 July 2006, at 12.00 noon, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, within the offices of Milne, Craig & Corson, Abercorn House, 79 Renfrew Road, Paisley PA3 4DA, on the two business days preceding the Meeting. Secured Creditors, unless they surrender their security, must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the Meeting.
