Dismissal of Winding Up Petition

THE PRINT FINISHING HOUSE LIMITED

By Interlocutor dated 18 April 2006, Lord Reed dismissed the Petition presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs on 22 December 2005, craving the Court inter alia to order that The Print Finishing House Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1985 to 1989 and having its Registered Office at Unit 6, Victoria Bus. Centre, Rochsolloch Road, Airdrie, Lanarkshire ML6 9BG, be wound up by the Court and a Liquidator appointed to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986.
