NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13

FULL APPLICATION FOR ERECTION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY PARK INCLUDING 18 WIND TURBINES AND 40 PHOTOVOLTAIC CELLS AT CARSECREUGH FELL, (NX 2250 6100) NEAR GLENLUCE (REF. NO: 06/P/1/0113)

Notice is hereby given, that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to Dumfries and Galloway Council by Gamesa Energy UK relating to the following planning application:

Full application for the erection of a renewable energy park, comprising 18 No. wind turbines and 40 No. photovoltaic cells on roof of control building, and associated infrastructure, including control building and switchgear, access tracks, an anemometry mast, temporary lay down area and construction of compound, new access, underground cabling and 4 borrow pits at Carsecreugh Fell (NX 2250 6100), Carsecreugh, Near Glenluce.

A copy of the Environmental Statement, non-technical summary and the associated planning application may be inspected during normal office hours at Council Offices, Ashwood House, Sun Street, Stranraer. Copies are also available for inspection during normal business hours until 31 May 2006 at Key Store, 51 Main Street, Glenluce.

Wales, NP10 8FY at a cost of £250.00 each or on CD-ROM at a cost of £10.00 each. Any person who wishes to make representations to Dumfries and Galloway Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing to Operations Manager Development Control, Dumfries and Galloway Council, at Council Offices, Ashwood House, Sun Street, Stranraer, DG9 7JJ within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice.
