Any person wishing to make representations should do so in writing (quoting the reference number and stating clearly the grounds of their representation) within the specified period. You can also make representations online or to the email address below. Please note any representations made will be available for public inspection and will be published on the internet.

Please Note: Any person making representations will be advised of the decision. As of 1 January 2006, a copy of the approval notice will no longer be sent to representees. A copy of the decision notice will be available online.
