Notice is hereby given that on 13 April 2006 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton by Nesso (Engineers) Limited craving the Court inter alia that the said Nesso (Engineers) Limited having their Registered Office at 32/34 Carron Place, Kelvin Industrial Estate, East Kilbride G75 0YL, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Cameron King Russell, Insolvency Practitioner, 104 Quarry Street, Hamilton be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 13 April 2006 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Beckford Street, Hamilton within eight days after intimation or advertisement, and meantime appointed the said Cameron King Russell, Chartered Accountant to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
