To the Creditors of and persons interested in the succession of the deceased Robert Donachie Templeton, who resided latterly at 35B Gateside Street, West Kilbride.
An application under section 11A of the Judicial Factors (Scotland) Act 1889, has been lodged at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock by Cunninghame Housing Association Limited, having an interest in the succession of the deceased, the deceased having left no settlement appointing trustees, or other parties having power to manage his estate or the trustees under the deceased’s settlement, having refused to act, for the appointment of a judicial factor to the estate of the deceased, Robert Donachie Templeton.
A copy of the application is available for inspection at the Sheriff Clerk’s office at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock. Answers to the application should be lodged with the Sheriff Clerk at that address within 21 days from the date of this notice.
