Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation of 11 April 2006 ML IBK Positions Inc. transferred to GMI Strategic Investments, LLC all of the interest held by it in HIT Entertainment Scottish Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5486 and ML IBK Positions Inc ceased to be a limited partner and GMI Strategic Investments, LLC became a limited partner in HIT Entertainment Scottish Limited Partnership.
