Notice is hereby given that on 4 April 2006 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by Bindery Machinery Services Limited, a Company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC142723) and having its registered office at 24A MacMerry Industrial Estate, MacMerry, Tranent, EH33 1RD craving the Court inter alia that Glowworm Books Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC167365) and having its registered office at 16 Corstorphine Road, Edinburgh, EH12 6HN (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Sheriff Horsburgh, by Interlocutor dated 11 April 2006, allowed any party claiming an interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Clerk's Office, Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and meantime, nominated and appointed Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Chartered Accountant, of KPMG LLP, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2EG to be the Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company's assets, and particularly the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and that until an Interim Liquidator of the Company is appointed or the Petition is dismissed; of all of which notice is hereby given.
