NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13

Proposed windfarm development at land at Burnfoot Hill, Tillicoultry, Clackmannanshire.

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted on 11 April 2006 to Clackmannanshire Council by Wind Prospect Developments Ltd, 10A Castle Street, Edinburgh EH2 6AT, relating to a planning application (Reference 06/00121/FULL) in respect of a proposed windfarm development at the above location.

A copy of the Environmental Statement and the associated planning application may be inspected at:-

(a)  Clackmannanshire Council, Development & Environmental Services, Lime Tree House, Castle Street, Alloa FK10 1EX (Open Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700)

(b)  Tillicoultry Library, 99 High Street, Tillicoultry (Open Monday & Thursday 0930 - 1200, 1430 - 1700; Tuesday & Saturday 0930 - 1200; Wednesday & Friday 0930 - 1200, 1645 - 1900)

(c)  Blackford Post Office, Moray Street, Blackford during normal opening hours, during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement (ES) may be purchased from Wind Prospect, 10a Castle Street, Edinburgh EH2 6AT at a cost of £125 for a paper copy or £10 for an electronic version. Copies of the ES Non-Technical Summary are available on request from Wind Prospect. Any person wishing to make representations to Clackmannanshire Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing within the above 28 day period to the Council at Clackmannanshire Council, Development & Environmental Services, Lime Tree House, Castle Street, Alloa FK10 1EX.
