THE A86 TRUNK ROAD (ROYBRIDGE) (30MPH SPEED LIMIT) AND ROYBRIDGE PRIMARY SCHOOL (PART-TIME 20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2006

The Scottish Ministers hereby give notice that on 11 April 2006 they made the above Order under sections 82(2)(a), 83(1) and 84(1)(a) and (c) as read with section 124(1)(d) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is as described in Notice 1501/161 in The Edinburgh Gazette (Number 25792) dated 25 February 2005 and in the Oban Times dated 24 February 2005. The Order comes into force on 28 April 2006.

A copy of the Order as made, together with the relevant plan and a copy of the existing Order to be revoked, may be inspected free of charge until 23 May 2006 during normal working hours at the offices of Transport Scotland, Trunk Roads Network Management Directorate, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ; ScotlandTranServ, Annat Point, Corpach, Fort William PH33 7NN.
