Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1.   pursuant to an assignation UMTA Trust transferred to UMTA Limited all of the interest held by it in Actis Executive Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5231 and UMTA Trust ceased to be a limited partner and UMTA Limited became a limited partner in Actis Executive Limited Partnership.
