Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1.   pursuant to an assignation Fever Tree Trust and Adis 2 Trust transferred to UMTA Trust all of the interest held by them in Actis Redistribution Pool L P, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5230 and both Fever Tree Trust and Adis 2 Trust ceased to be a limited partner and UMTA Trust became a limited partner in Actis Redistribution Pool L P.
