NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF A WINDFARM AT PATES HILL, BETWEEN BREICH AND WOOLFORDS

Please note that additional environmental information has been submitted to West Lothian Council by NewLives NewLandscapes relating to planning application 0836/05 for a seven turbine windfarm on 107 hectares of land at Pates Hill, south of West Calder and north of Woolfords.

The additional environmental information relates to the natural heritage.

Subject to the provisions of regulation 10(5)(g) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004, a copy of the additional environmental information as amended, the associated environmental statement and planning application may be inspected during normal office hours at West Lothian Council, County Buildings, High Street, Linlithgow or at South Lanarkshire Council’s Offices at South Vennel, Lanark for 28 days after the publication of this notice.

Copies of the amended additional information can be purchased from NewLives New Landscapes priced £5.

Any person who wishes to make representations to West Lothian Council about the further information should make them by 19 May 2006 to the Council at County Buildings, High Street, Linlithgow EH49 7EZ.
