A Petition was on 23 March 2006 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that Wemyss Bay Hotel Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1985 and having its registered office at 2 Ardgowan Square, Greenock PA16 8PP, be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Clarke by Interlocutor dated 28 March 2006, allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
