NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF FINALISED MORAY STRUCTURE PLAN

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (STRUCTURE AND LOCAL PLANS) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 1983

The Moray Council approved the Finalised Moray Structure Plan on 29 March 2006. The Plan will be submitted to the Scottish Executive on 14 April 2006. The Structure Plan, Report of Survey and Statement of Consultation and Publicity will be available for inspection from 14 April 2006 at the Council Access Points, Public Libraries and on the Council’s website at www.moray.gov.uk. Copies will also be available from the Moray Council, Planning and Development Section, Council Offices, High Street, Elgin IV30 1BX. Response forms will also be available at these locations.

Consultation is taking place for six weeks from 17 April 2006 to 29 May 2006.

All representations on the Finalised Structure Plan should be received by the Scottish Executive by 5pm on 29 May 2006, at the following address:-
