Notice is hereby given that on 29 March 2006, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by the directors of Monterey Recruitment Limited, craving the Court that the Company, having its registered office at Macdonalds Solicitors, St Stephen’s House, 279 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4JL, be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in the meantime, Maureen Elizabeth Leslie, Chartered Accountant, Unit 1a, 3 Michaelson Square, Kirkton Campus, Livingston EH54 7DP, be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition, the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor, dated 29 March 2006, ordained persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; and appointed the said Maureen Leslie to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for interim preservation of the Company’s assets, particularly the powers continued within Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
