Notice is hereby given that on 27 March 2006, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court of Tayside, Central and Fife at Dundee by Neil Lindsay Redford, John Blinkhorne, Norman Victor Hodson and Barry Forster Lawson, the Directors of MPower Solutions Limited, a Company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC262119) and having its registered office at Unit 1, Nobel Court, Nobel Road, Wester Gourdie, Dundee DD2 4EU (“the Company”) craving the Court that the Company be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986, and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Gerard Anthony Friar, Chartered Accountants, of KPMG, 191 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LG, be appointed Interim Liquidators of the Company, in which Petition the Sheriff at Dundee by Interlocutor, dated 31 March 2006, allowed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers, at the Sheriff Clerk’s Office, Sheriff Court House, 6 West Bell Street, Dundee DD1 9AD, within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service, of all of which notice is hereby given.
