Notice is hereby given that on 31 March 2006 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by David Andrew John Grant, craving the Court inter alia to order that Nation 1 Limited, incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 144 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 2RQ, be wound up by the Court under the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint a Provisional Liquidator, in which Petition the Sheriff on said date pronounced deliverances appointing intimation on the walls of Glasgow Sheriff Court, service on the said Nation 1 Limited, and advertisement in The Edinburgh Gazette and The Herald newspapers, and ordered all parties wishing to oppose to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement, and appointed Maureen Elizabeth Leslie, Active Corporate Recovery LLP, Unit 1a, 3 Michaelson Square, Kirkton Campus, Livingston EH54 7DP, to be Provisional Liquidator of said Company until an Interim Liquidator is appointed, or said Petition dismissed.
