Notice is hereby given that on 15 March 2006 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Peter Welsh, Sole Director of AAA Beauty Limited, Registered Office 272 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4JR (“the Company”) craving that the Company be wound up by the Court and that James David Cockburn Macintyre, CA, Dundas Business Centre, 38/40 New City Road, Glasgow G4 9JT, be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the Company; In which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 15 March 2006 appointed the said James David Cockburn Macintyre to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets, and in particular the powers in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
