NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949

DECLARATION OF NATURE RESERVE CITY OF GLASGOW

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of Section 19 of the above-mentioned Act, that by three Local Nature Reserve (LNR) Declarations made on the Third day of April Two Thousand and Six, the undernoted areas shown edged red on the plans attached to the said Declarations, all of which areas are within the ownership of Glasgow City Council, will be managed in the interest of nature conservation.

Robroyston Park (part) LNR,

Garscadden Wood LNR, and

Cardowan Moss LNR

Certified copies of the said Declarations with plans attached have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, at Development and Regeneration Services, 229 George Street, Glasgow G1 1QU from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.
