Notice is hereby given that on 29 March 2006, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Grampian Joinery Limited, craving the Court, inter alia, that Grampian Joinery Limited, having their registered office at 12-16 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen, by interlocutor dated 29 March 2006, appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Castle Street, Aberdeen, within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; and in addition appointed Michael J M Reid, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, to be provisional liquidator of the company; all of which notice is hereby given.
