Notice is hereby given that on 27 March 2006 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Haddington Sheriff Court by Julia Venon Crosthwaite, Sole Director of i-Dare Innovation Limited, having their registered office at Unit 6, Elvingston Science Centre, Gladsmuir, East Lothian EH33 1EH, craving the Court inter alia that the said i-Dare Innovation Limited be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Haddington Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 28 March 2006 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Haddington Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Court Street, Haddington EH41 3HN, within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which Notice is hereby given.
