Notice is hereby given that on 1 October 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Linlithgow by Cashflow Partners (I.F) Limited of 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP, craving the court inter alia that A B Geotechnics Limited having its registered office at 3a Baird Road, Kirkton Campus, Livingston, West Lothian EH54 7AZ (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Linlithgow by Interlocutor dated 26 April 2005 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Linlithgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner of 375 West George Street, Glasgow G2 4LW, to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in paragraph 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
