THE WATER (SCOTLAND) ACT 1980 – SECTION 17(1)
NOTICE OF THE MAKING OF THE SCOTTISH WATER (ABHAINN CHRO BHEINN) WATER ORDER 2005
In accordance with Schedule 1 to the Water (Scotland) Act 1980, notice is hereby given that on 18 October 2005, the Scottish Ministers made the above Order. Subject to the provisions of the Order, Scottish Water is authorised to take from the Abhainn Chro Bheinn up to 181 cubic metres of water a day for the public water supply. A copy of the Order and the associated deposited plan is available at the address below, at the Head Office of Scottish Water, Castle House, 6 Castle Drive, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife KY11 8GG and at Scottish Water’s Inverness Area Office, 31 Henderson Drive, Longman North, Inverness IV1 1TR.
