Notice is hereby given that on 31 October 2005 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Kathleen Bonner and Anne-Marie Bonner, both residing at 43 Evan Drive, Giffnock, Glasgow G46 6NQ, Directors of The Sportsman Barber Limited, against The Sportsman Barber Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at care of Sinclair Wood & Company, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow G1 3NQ (the “Company”) craving the court that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 31 October 2005 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation service and advertisement; and in the meantime by Interlocutor dated 4 November 2005 appointed Ian Scott McGregor of Begbies Traynor, 4th Floor, 78 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5UB to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
