Notice is hereby given that on 2 November 2005, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Countrywide (Scotland West) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having their Registered Office at 79 Greenbank Crescent, Edinburgh EH10 5TB for an Order for the said Countrywide (Scotland West) Limited (“the Company”) to be wound up by the Court, craving among other things that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in respect of which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 3 November 2005, appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, The Sheriff Court House, Chambers Street, Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and on that same day appointed James Robin Young Dickson, Insolvency Practitioner, 1 The Square, East Linton, East Lothian EH1 1LB, to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the powers necessary to discharge that office and particularly but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the powers specified in parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
