WHITEHOLME (PUBLISHERS) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 25 October 2005 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Whiteholme (Publishers) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 26 Milton Street, Dundee DD3 6QS, craving the court inter alia for an order that the said Whiteholme (Publishers) Limited be wound up by the Court and for an interim liquidator to be appointed and to appoint Ian Rodger Johnston, Chartered Accountant, Messrs Henderson Loggie, Royal Exchange, Panmure Street, Dundee DD1 1DZ, to be the Provisional Liquidator of the said Whiteholme (Publishers) Limited in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986; in which Petition Lord Drummond Young by Interlocutor dated 26 October 2005 appointed all persons claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Offices of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, advertisement and service, and appointed the said Ian Rodger Johnston as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company. All of which Notice is hereby given.
