EXTINGUISHING ORDER (REGULATING THE USE OF VEHICLES) 2005
North Lanarkshire Council hereby give notice that the above Order made under Section 203 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 authorising the extinguishment of the right to use vehicles on the road specified in the said Order has now been confirmed as an unopposed Order.
The said road all as shown shaded red on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to the said Order will be stopped up and closed to all traffic except as provided for in the said Order to improve the amenity of the area in and around the said road and the setting of the Stanrigg Memorial
A copy of the Order, as confirmed, and relevant plan may be inspected at the offices of the Director of Planning and Environment (Central Area Office), North Lanarkshire Council, Kildonan Street, Coatbridge, by any person free of charge during normal office hours.
