Sequestration of the estate of

JAMES BURNS

The estate of James Burns, 24 Cluny Park, Cardenden, Lochgelly, Fife KY5 0PE, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy on Monday 20 June 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan C Thomson Esq CA, Messrs Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline KY11 8PB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Monday 20 June 2005.
