REVOCATION OF PLANNING PERMISSION

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997

SITE ADJACENT TO FINTRAY HOUSE, FINTRAY, ABERDEENSHIRE

Notice is hereby given that Aberdeenshire Council have made an Order under Section 65 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 to revoke an extant but unimplemented outline planning permission for the erection of a single dwellinghouse on a site adjacent to Fintray House, Fintray, Aberdeenshire. Such a revocation would facilitate the grant of a further planning permission in the area. The Council have been notified in writing that the owners of the site do not object to the Order.

Any person who will be affected by the Order and who may wish an opportunity of being heard before a person appointed by the Scottish Ministers must give notice in writing to that effect to the Scottish Ministers, Scottish Executive Development Department (Planning Division), Victoria Quay, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ not later than Friday 22 July 2005.

If no such notice has been received by that date, the Order will take effect by virtue of the provisions of Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 on Friday 5 August 2005 without being confirmed by the Scottish Ministers.
